Rental Rates

Please note, these rates apply only if you book direct with us initially.

If you book via any commercial platform the rates will be higher. OTAs charge fees and/or commission to host our listing and provide added value to you, e.g. payment by credit card, looser cancellation policy, piece-of-mind, etc. These may be charged to us, you, or a combination of the two but either way the prices here are quoted without any uplift for those overheads. We aim to cater for first-time and returning guests alike so, if you are reading this, you decide how you would like to book.

Rental Rates Are in Euros. You can get a fair idea of the equivalent in your own currency by using the “Convert Currency” drop-down just above the table. We accept payment in Euros or UK Pounds* only. The nightly rate is "rounded down" so could be a few cents out. We set our rates the previous Summer, to be competitive, but like all other businesses it is sometimes necessary to be flexible as time passes. Depending on market conditions these may rise or occasionally be reduced to fill unbooked periods. The only way you can be sure to get the dates you want at the rate you see here is to book early so your booking is confirmed. We do not have "last minute deals" and are very hapy with the occupancy levels we achieve.

Rental Period You may arrive and depart on any day of the week but our minimum rental period is seven consecutive nights and then ten nights or more. if you would like to book eight or nine nights please contact us and, depending on availability we will try to accommodate your requirements. Our rates include bed linen and towels, UK satellite TV, internet and utilities. 

Occupancy The property is intended to accommodate a maximum of six guests, which may be a mix of persons aged 18 and over (adults) and 17 or younger (minors). The rates quoted are for up to four adults and two minors (or e.g. two adults and up to four minors). For parties of more than four adults there is an additional charge of €10 per night per adult. Guests aged under 18 at the date of arrival are included in the basic rates (we reserve the right to see proof of age). A baby sleeping in a cot will not be considered a "guest" for these purposes. Conditions apply in respect of your own guests staying, should you have any, so before you book please satisfy yourself that our terms of business are suitable for the manner in which you intend to occupy the property.
